Jiadu Technology subsidiary joins Tianjin metro robot test station
Jiadu Technology’s Tianjin subsidiary is participating in a live metro-station robotics testbed at Tianjin Cultural Center Station, supporting joint development of operational robot applications.
Evidence notes
- The station-wide testbed currently has more than ten robots covering cleaning, passenger guidance, inspection and security, security-check assistance and shopping guidance.
- Tianjin Rail Transit adapted side gates, turnstiles and lifts so robots can move through the station and perform routine on-site work.
- The operator plans to progress from the test station to a demonstration station and then full-process intelligent operations, with successful applications intended for wider Tianjin Metro use.
