Xiaomi publicly debuts new-generation humanoid prototype at WRC
Xiaomi showed its unnamed new-generation humanoid to the public for the first time at WRC, presenting a 1.7 m, 66 kg prototype with 66 degrees of freedom.

Evidence notes
- Half of the robot's 66 degrees of freedom are concentrated in its hands; Xiaomi continues to describe the platform as a prototype.
- At the Embodied Garden booth, the robot grasps scented paper, scatters it as decorative petals, hands pieces to visitors and performs handshakes and fist bumps.
- The booth opens to the general public on 20 August, and Xiaomi says the prototype will be shown in Europe after its China debut.
