AMC Robotics secures $1M through warrant-inducement agreements
AMC Robotics entered warrant-inducement agreements that are expected to produce $1.0 million of immediate gross proceeds, while exercises of remaining warrants within 30 trading days could add up to $1.1 million.

Evidence notes
- Two investors agreed to exercise certain December 2025 warrants at a reduced exercise price of $1.65 per share, producing approximately $1.0 million in immediate gross proceeds before fees and expenses.
- The same investors may exercise remaining warrants within 30 trading days for up to a further $1.1 million; that amount is contingent and is not recorded as completed proceeds.
- AMC said proceeds would support its planned robotics manufacturing facility in Vietnam, working capital, general corporate purposes and continued product and service development.
- The inducement also includes new unregistered warrants covering up to 1,219,816 shares at $5.775 per share, expiring four and one-third years after issuance.
