OnRobot continued Blue Workforce technology after bankruptcy without continuing the former company or its full team

Blue Workforce filed for bankruptcy after a funding round failed. OnRobot bought the design rights, machines, inventory and tools behind the RAGNAR robot and hired twelve developers, while Blue Workforce had employed about thirty people before bankruptcy. The technology and part of the team continued inside OnRobot, but the bankrupt company and most of its employment base did not transfer intact.
