Fly4Future was formed in 2017 as a spinout of the Multi-Robot Systems group at the Czech Technical University in Prague. The company was created to move advanced aerial-robotics research into field systems, and it continues to maintain close links with academic development while operating as a commercial engineering organisation. It reports selling more than 100 unique aerial robots to laboratories and research teams.
Projects are configured around customer missions rather than one fixed mass-market airframe. Fly4Future combines custom UAV design with onboard perception, GNSS-denied autonomy, sensing payloads and coordination across multiple robots. Applications include industrial and infrastructure inspection, environmental monitoring and experimental platforms for robotics labs. That makes it a custom aerial-system builder with inspection and survey as the clearest commercial lane, not a component supplier or a generic drone consultancy.
