Spyce technology passed from its restaurant startup to Sweetgreen and then to Wonder
Sweetgreen acquired Spyce and its automated kitchen technology in 2021 after Spyce had operated its own restaurants. Sweetgreen evolved the technology into Infinite Kitchen, then sold the Spyce business and related automation assets to Wonder in 2025.
