ATI's Axia80 is a six-axis force/torque sensor family for robot wrists, tooling and contact-sensitive automation. The family spans M8, M20 and M50 configurations; the approved hero image shows the M20 500 N / 20 Nm kit. The family row complements the existing Axia80-M50 variant without duplicating that model.
About
Axia80 is ATI Industrial Automation's compact six-axis force/torque sensor family for robot wrists, tooling and contact-sensitive automation. It measures three force and three torque axes and streams data at 8 kHz with less than one millisecond of latency. M8, M20 and M50 calibrations cover different load ranges in the same 80 mm form factor.
The pictured EtherCAT M20 configuration measures up to ±500 N on Fx and Fy, ±900 N on Fz and ±20 Nm on each torque axis. It weighs 0.30 kg and has an IP64 interface plate. This family profile is intentionally separate from the exact Axia80-M50 variant already catalogued.
