About

About VTOne

Beyond Vision's BVT516 combines vertical take-off with efficient fixed-wing cruise in a 16 kg maximum-take-off-weight aircraft. The airframe weighs 8 kg without its two 12S lithium-ion batteries and 14 kg with them, leaving up to 2 kg for a configured payload. Beyond Vision states up to 180 minutes of flight autonomy, wind tolerance to 50 km/h in fixed-wing mode and RTK positioning accuracy to about 5 cm.

The communications suite includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 4G and 5G, plus a point-to-point radio link stated at up to 100 km. Cellular coverage can extend connectivity, while operating range and BVLOS authority still depend on the installed link, regulations and mission approval. Tool-free assembly supports field deployment, and more than 40 payload options extend the aircraft across infrastructure inspection, construction surveying, mapping, reconnaissance and precision agriculture. The onboard computer supports ROS-based image processing and data relaying through Beyond Vision's beXStream software.
