About

About AK70-10 KV100

AK70-10 KV100 is a self-contained rotary joint module in CubeMars’ AK actuator series. A brushless motor, field-oriented-control driver, 10:1 planetary gearbox and 14-bit magnetic encoder are packaged in an 89 mm-diameter, 50.25 mm-long housing weighing 621 g. Rated torque is 8.3 Nm and peak torque is 24.8 Nm.

The actuator serves legged robots, exoskeletons, collaborative arms and automated guided vehicles where low mass and backdrivability matter. It has 0.48 Nm backdrive torque, 0.2-degree backlash and CAN and UART connections. Rated speed is 148 rpm at 24 V and 310 rpm at 48 V, with sustained output governed by voltage, cooling and load profile.
