D-Robotics RDK X3 is an edge-AI robotics development kit built around a quad-core Arm processor and a dual-core 5-TOPS BPU. It supports camera perception, embedded inference and robot prototyping with Ubuntu, common I/O and the NodeHub software ecosystem.
About
D-Robotics RDK X3 is an edge-AI development board and module family for adding perception and inference to robots and other intelligent devices. Its quad-core Arm Cortex-A53 CPU is paired with a dual-core Bernoulli BPU rated at 5 TOPS, with configurations offering 2 or 4 GB of LPDDR4 memory and eMMC or microSD storage.
Two MIPI camera lanes, USB, HDMI, wired networking, dual-band Wi-Fi and a 40-pin expansion header connect sensors and actuators. Ubuntu 20.04 and 22.04 support, along with D-Robotics' NodeHub algorithms and application examples, positions the kit for wheeled robots, arms, autonomous-vehicle prototypes and embedded vision projects.
