RS025N is Kawasaki's six-axis general-purpose industrial robot for material handling, machine tending, assembly, sealing and dispensing. The arm carries 25 kg across a 1,885 mm reach, and its cantilevered upper-arm design expands the usable workspace below, behind and close to the robot while reducing interference around the base.
The mechanical unit weighs 270 kg, repeats positions to ±0.04 mm and supports floor or ceiling installation. Full-body IP67 protection, covered motors and waterproof electrical connections prepare the robot for dusty or wet production environments. Internal Ethernet wiring supports vision systems and other peripherals, and the F02 controller provides the control platform for integrated manufacturing cells.
