About

About CEM Series

MyActuator CEM Series packages a motor, cycloidal reduction stage, sensing and drive electronics into compact joint modules. The family is intended for articulated robot axes where designers need high reduction and torque density in a self-contained assembly. Brake and non-brake configurations allow the joint to be matched to holding and safety requirements.

Interface options include CAN, RS485 and EtherCAT, with encoder choices available across the series. The product is a component family, so model-level torque, ratio and dimensional values vary and are not collapsed into a single misleading number. CEM modules can be integrated into robot arms and embodied systems by OEMs that provide the surrounding structure, power, control stack and application software.
