About TM25S

OMRON TM25S is a six-axis collaborative arm with a 25-kilogram standard payload and 1,902-millimetre reach. Its long working envelope targets palletising, machine tending, line loading, logistics and large-part handling without a separate lift axis in many cell layouts. The current specification gives average tool speed of 2.1 metres per second, repeatability of plus or minus 0.05 millimetres and an IP65-rated arm.

An integrated camera supports vision-guided setup and inspection, while TMflow, TMScript and TMCraft cover graphical programming, scripting and developer workflows. OMRON lists 36 safety functions with ISO 13849-1 Category 3 PL d and ISO 10218-1 compliance for collaborative integration. The optional PalletBoost 5 licence raises capacity to 30 kilograms for specified palletising movements; it does not change the arm’s general 25-kilogram maximum-payload rating.
