About

About TM6S

OMRON TM6S is a six-axis collaborative robot for long-reach assembly, inspection, light tending and packaging. It carries 6 kg across a 1,800 mm reach, specifies ±0.1 mm repeatability and operates at an average speed of 1.1 metres per second. The arm is IP65 rated and available for ISO Class 3 cleanroom environments, while the control box and Robot Stick are IP54.

TMflow combines hand guidance, visual programming and scripting for task setup, with TMflow Simulator and TMscene supporting offline validation. Optional 2D vision handles part positioning, feature checks and placement, and Landmark positioning helps restore the robot's location after it is moved. OMRON also supports TM6S in mobile-manipulator configurations that take handling, tending and inspection between workstations.
