STORMRUNNER is Sea Machines Robotics' 8-metre autonomous surface vessel for persistent tactical missions, carrying modular surveillance, electronic-warfare or logistics payloads under supervised autonomy.
About
Sea Machines STORMRUNNER is an eight-metre autonomous surface vessel built for tactical work in coastal and open-ocean environments. Its HDPE hull carries up to 450 kilograms in a modular bay, while a 300-horsepower diesel outboard supports a 27-knot cruise speed and 40-knot maximum. The vessel fits a standard 40-foot container or road trailer for deployment between operating areas.
The SM300-SP system handles navigation, mission execution and fallback behaviour when communications are disrupted. Radar, electro-optical and infrared cameras, dual anti-jamming GNSS and satellite or cellular links support remote supervision. Sea Machines configures the payload bay for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, electronic warfare or logistics, with a stated range above 700 nautical miles and interfaces for higher-level command systems.
