About

About TS2-100

TS2-100 is Stäubli's longest-reach TS2 SCARA robot, providing a 1,000 mm working reach for high-speed pick-and-place, assembly, packaging and multizone operations. Its four-axis arm carries up to 8.4 kg and uses an encapsulated hygienic structure intended for clean, harsh or sensitive production environments.

Stäubli specifies ±0.02 mm X-Y repeatability and a 0.35-second reference cycle with a 2 kg payload. The vertical stroke is 200 mm, with a 400 mm option, and the arm mounts on the floor or ceiling. Protection reaches IP65 when fitted with the ball-screw cover and bellows, while pharmaceutical, hygienic and electrostatic-discharge-compatible variants extend the family into regulated and electronics workflows.
