TX2-200 is Stäubli's two-model family of six-axis industrial robots for heavy loading, palletizing and large-part handling. The standard TX2-200 carries 170 kg across a 2,209 mm reach, while TX2-200L extends reach to 2,609 mm with a 110 kg payload. Both models specify ±0.02 mm repeatability and maximum Cartesian speeds of 12 or 14 metres per second.
The fully encapsulated structure is rated IP65, with IP67 available in pressurised configurations for harsh or frequently cleaned environments. Floor and ceiling mounting, the compact CS9 HP controller and optional SIL 3 / PL e safety functions support dense or multi-robot cells. Sensitive-environment versions cover food, pharmaceutical and other controlled-production applications.
