ILM115x25 is a frameless stator-and-rotor kit designed to become part of the surrounding joint or machine structure. Its hollow-shaft geometry leaves routing space for cables or services, while the winding and thermally conductive potting support compact, high-bandwidth actuator designs.
At the documented 48 V star-serial configuration, the kit produces 570 W at 1,400 rpm, with 3.9 Nm nominal and 12.7 Nm peak torque. The 1.07 kg assembly has a 115 mm stator diameter, 74 mm rotor bore, 15 pole pairs and up to 93% efficiency; a temperature sensor is standard.
