Powerus launches agriculture division with xFold distribution agreements
Powerus said subsidiary Kaizen Aerospace launched an agriculture division and signed xFold distribution agreements covering the US, Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific.

Evidence notes
- Aerospread was named exclusive distributor for Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific; the cited $60 million figure is a five-year sales target, not a binding purchase order.
- Sprig Aerospace was appointed as a US distributor and marketing partner and plans to use xFold aircraft for spraying operations.
- The xFold Dragon H1000 FAA approval described in the release is an Experimental-category certificate for agricultural R&D.
