U.S. Air Force awards Powerus subsidiary a $90m-ceiling aerial-denial IDIQ
The U.S. Air Force awarded Powerus subsidiary Tandem Defense a competitively procured indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a ceiling of $90 million for Group 1 aerial-denial unmanned aircraft systems and associated support.

Evidence notes
- The contract covers Group 1 aerial-denial UAS, ancillary support equipment, operator training and field-service representative support.
- The Air Force received 10 offers; $98,000 of fiscal 2026 procurement funding was obligated at award, so the $90 million figure is a ceiling rather than committed revenue.
- Performance locations will be set by follow-on task orders and the ordering period runs through 19 July 2028.
