Forum Energy Technologies secures order for two XLX-C ROVs from CCC
Forum Energy Technologies secured a contract to provide two Perry XLX-C 3000 m work-class remotely operated vehicles to CCC (Underwater Engineering) for its new DPIII diving-support vessel.
Evidence notes
- The two 200 hp XLX-C systems are specified for construction, drill support, pipeline and platform inspection, survey, salvage and cleaning services.
- The first ROV was scheduled for delivery in November 2025 and the second for June 2026.
- Each system includes ICE Unity dynamic-positioning controls, a Type 5C Top Hat tether-management system and a 3,300 m umbilical, with manufacturing at Forum's Kirkbymoorside facility.
