All3 raises $25M seed for construction robotics

All3 Construction is building automation for one of construction’s most repetitive physical bottlenecks.

All3, a London-based startup building an end-to-end robotics platform for construction, raised a $25 million seed round on April 29. The round was led by RTP Global, with participation from SuperSeed, Begin Capital, s16vc and VNV Global. Funds go toward R&D in London and Belgrade and deploying an initial robot fleet on commercial construction sites in Germany, the company's first launch market.

All3 is rebuilding the above-ground construction value chain into one integrated pipeline: AI-generated design, robotic factories that fabricate timber composite components, and Mantis, an autonomous legged robot for on-site assembly. Mantis carries more than 100 kilograms, reaches up to four meters, and a fleet can complete a seven-story 5,000-square-meter building in around three months. The company has already processed more than 100,000 square meters of residential projects through its design software.

Co-founders Rodion Shishkov and Slava Bocharov previously built Samokat, Russia's largest rapid grocery delivery business, which sold for $1.5 billion. Shishkov also founded TRA Robotics, later acquired by Arrival. RTP Global partner Jelmer de Jong joins the board.

Construction spends less than 1% of revenue on R&D versus 4.5% in automotive, and labour productivity has barely moved in 75 years. The vertical integration bet is also the main execution risk replacing an entire value chain across multiple jurisdictions, with legged robots on active urban sites, is a different problem from automating one trade.
