Ondas acquires DZYNE in $875.8M autonomy deal
The transaction adds long-endurance ISR, counter-UAS systems and autonomous effects to Ondas’ expanding defence portfolio.
Ondas has acquired DZYNE Technologies in a $875.8M cash-and-stock transaction, adding long-endurance ISR aircraft, counter-UAS systems and autonomous effects to its defence autonomy portfolio. The deal is the latest and largest move in a much broader roll-up.
Since late 2025, Ondas has assembled or moved to assemble a portfolio spanning Apeiro Motion, 4M Defense, Sentrycs, Roboteam, BIRD Aerosystems, Rotron Aerospace, INDO Earth Moving, World View, Mistral, Omnisys, Cyberhawk and now DZYNE. That gives Ondas exposure across ground robotics, counter-UAS, robotic demining, unmanned aircraft systems, stratospheric ISR, airborne protection, mission software, drone inspection, critical infrastructure intelligence and autonomous effects.
Ondas says DZYNE is expected to contribute $191M in 2026 revenue and more than $300M in 2027 revenue. After the DZYNE and Omnisys announcements, Ondas raised its 2026 revenue outlook to at least $525M, excluding the pending Cyberhawk acquisition.
