Ingenersun tyre depalletizer spans six bays with Bcnvision 3D guidance
Bcnvision documented an Ingenersun robotic tyre depalletizer that used 3D point clouds to plan collision-free unloading across six bays.
Evidence notes
- The anthropomorphic robot travelled on a 15-metre track serving six unloading bays and tyre stacks up to 1,600 millimetres high.
- A Photoneo device projected a laser pattern and generated a point cloud from which Bcnvision software calculated X, Y and Z pick coordinates.
- The controller corrected trajectories for misaligned tyre columns and optimized unloading while avoiding the container and gripper.
