Bear Robotics is building Servi Plus into restaurant service fleets
Servi Plus, 40 kg tray capacity, and Bear Universe fleet control give Bear Robotics a restaurant service automation path.

Bear Robotics launched Servi Plus in 2023 according to its company history timeline. The robot carries up to 16 main dishes or about 40 kilograms through restaurant service areas, giving Bear a higher-capacity model for food running and table support.
The Servi Plus product material focuses on narrow dining-room movement and tray stability during food and drink service. The same material states that 30 robots operate at Bangijeong restaurant, a useful customer-scale signal for multi-robot service in a real venue.
Bear Robotics company history records 31,400 Servi miles by May 2021 and more than 247,500 miles by January 2022. Those are historical fleet figures, but they show that Bear?s restaurant robots have accumulated operating mileage beyond short demo deployments.
Bear was founded in 2017 by John Ha after operating in the restaurant industry. That background fits the product category: the robot is designed around food running, table turns, staff workload, and repetitive movement inside service environments, not around an abstract mobile-robot showcase.
The competitive field includes Pudu Robotics, Keenon Robotics, Richtech Robotics, Relay Robotics, SoftBank Robotics, OrionStar, and conventional food-runner staffing. Bear?s distinction is hospitality depth: Servi robots, fleet control, and restaurant-specific workflows built by a company that started from venue labor problems.
Public material does not show table deliveries per shift, robot uptime, customer retention, service response time, labor savings by restaurant, pricing, renewal terms, or current fleet mileage. The 30-robot venue reference and historical miles are useful proof, while full restaurant economics remain private.
Servi Plus tests whether restaurant delivery robots can scale from single helpers into managed service fleets. If Bear can make multi-robot dining-room support feel ordinary to staff and guests, the company can move from selling robots into becoming an operating layer for labor-constrained hospitality venues.
