Humanoid raises $152M at $1.35B valuation

The UK company will fund beta deployments and mass manufacturing for its wheeled and bipedal robot platforms.

Humanoid has raised a $152 million Series A at a $1.35 billion post-money valuation, bringing total funding to $270 million.

Prime Movers Lab led the round, with Schaeffler, Bosch, Fubon Financial Holding Venture Capital and Aglaé Ventures participating.

Founded in 2024, the UK company now employs more than 250 engineers and researchers across London, Boston, Vancouver and San Diego.

It is developing both wheeled and bipedal humanoid platforms, powered by its proprietary KinetIQ software stack.

The new capital will support the launch of its next-generation platform, Beta deployments beginning in Q4 2026 and the start of mass manufacturing for its wheeled robots.

Humanoid already has industrial relationships with several companies now represented in the round. Schaeffler is both a deployment partner and actuator supplier, while Bosch is supporting European contract manufacturing, hardware design, production and supply-chain development.

The company says the financing makes it Europe’s first pure-play humanoid robotics unicorn and the largest Series A completed by a humanoid-first robotics company in Europe.

The valuation arrives before scaled commercial deployment, but with manufacturing, component supply and initial customer rollouts being built in parallel.
