Wandelbots is building NOVA into robot-agnostic factory programming
A June 11, 2025 Schaeffler and NVIDIA collaboration puts Wandelbots NOVA between simulation and shopfloor robot execution.

Schaeffler And NVIDIA Collaboration
Wandelbots announced on June 11, 2025 that it was working with Schaeffler and NVIDIA around NOVA and NVIDIA Omniverse. The demonstration was presented at NVIDIA GTC Europe in Paris.
The use case connects virtual workflow simulation to physical robot execution for a soft-material automation process. Public material does not show customer-verified cycle-time reduction by Schaeffler line.
NOVA Robot Programming Surface
Wandelbots describes NOVA as a robot-agnostic operating system for industrial automation. NOVA lets developers simulate robot behavior in virtual cells and transfer validated workflows to physical robot execution.
NOVA has to transfer simulated paths to physical robots without reprogramming. Independent deployment averages have not been published by Wandelbots.
Wandelbots Verification Boundary
Wandelbots has disclosed the June 11, 2025 Schaeffler and NVIDIA collaboration, NOVA operating system, NVIDIA Omniverse connection, GTC Europe presentation, and soft-material automation use case. Public material does not show customer-verified engineering-hour reduction, cycle-time reduction, first-time-right rate, production uptime, or deployment count by factory. It also does not disclose pricing, customer retention, repeat deployment rate, or renewal terms. The next useful metric is verified programming hours per robot cell by customer under Wandelbots.
